Fraser joined our team in 2021 as a Licensed Conveyancer, having qualified in 2019. He has a wealth of experience in handling conveyancing transactions and has a reputation for being a hardworking, personable and dynamic Conveyancer.

He is based at our Settle office and handles many areas of residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build property, transfers of equity, shared ownership leases, right to buy, re-mortgages, unregistered land and land transfers.

He has an excellent track record of meeting clients’ needs and expectations and his experience ensures the transactions are completed quickly & efficiently.

In his spare time, Fraser enjoys playing football and tennis. He is a long-suffering Newcastle United fan and has had a season ticket for over 20 years. He also enjoys long walks in the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District and considers himself a true adopted Yorkshireman.
