During her time in the department, she has managed a varied caseload, including sales and purchases of freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, right to buy, unregistered titles, equity releases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. She understands that property transactions can be extremely stressful, and it is therefore imperative that clients receive the very best service. She will always go above and beyond to ensure her clients achieve their desired outcome in the most methodical and stress-free manner. She is known for her hands-on approach and “can do” attitude. Her clients would describe her as personable, approachable and down to earth.

More recently, Rizzwana has decided to move to the firms growing Commercial Property department, whilst still working on a small number of Residential Property matters. Rizzwana has a real interest in all different aspects of commercial property, including landlord and tenant, farming and agricultural, acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold interests, business sales and acquisitions, commercial leases, secured lending and property development. She is working under the supervision of 2 senior colleagues in the department, Craig Williams and Allan Stewart to further develop her understanding and knowledge in this area.

One of the most satisfying parts of Rizzwana’s role, irrespective of the department, is helping her clients to achieve their desired outcome in the least stressful way and to see them succeed.

Helping the community is very important to Rizzwana. Over the years she has participated and supported, a number of local and national charities by raising money and taking part in a Skydive, walking on hot coal, completing 5k colour runs, wrapping presents for children’s wards and organising children’s parties.

In her spare time, she is a freelance make-up artist and a keen baker. She enjoys art and being creative. She enjoys meeting new clients, socialising with her friends and keeping fit
