She works closely with the business to build organisational and people capability, and to help the business implement its strategy from a people perspective. This will involve the recruitment and induction of new team members, colleague training and development, supporting the business leaders in getting the best out of their teams through regular performance and development reviews, and creating a positive and inclusive culture across the business through engagement and wellbeing activity.
Prior to joining Walker Foster, Kelly spent many years in a variety of HR roles in financial services. She achieved her Masters Degree in Human Resource Management in 2009, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development.
Outside of work Kelly enjoys keeping fit by running, playing tennis and going for long walks with her family in the Yorkshire Dales.
