WorldPay and Walker Foster Solicitors are committed to ensuring that Client data is retained, used and managed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations and Data Protection Act 2018.

Our online payment facility is provided by WorldPay.
When the Online payment facility is used, all payments will be collected by WorldPay. Walker Foster does not store any card details or information regarding payments.
The funds paid will be released into the account of WorldPay. Funds are transferred to Walker Foster Client Account once Walker Foster has authorised the receipt of the payment.
Walker Foster reserves the right to reject any payments made.
All card details are stored by WorldPay in accordance with their Privacy Notice which can be viewed at [TBA].

The online payment facility is subject to financial limits as to the maximum amount which can be paid by the online payment facility. The limits are displayed on our website.
Walker Foster Solicitors will not accept payment of sums above the financial limits set out and any attempt to make payments above this limit will be rejected.
Walker Foster Solicitors cannot accept payment for any deposit or completion monies via the online payment facility.
Walker Foster will not authorise multiple payments to be made via the online payment facility which exceed the financial limits.
Walker Foster Solicitors may require you to provide proof of the source of the funds. Walker Foster Solicitors may also be required to make disclosures to the Police or appropriate fraud prevention or anti-money laundering agencies where fraud or money laundering is suspected.
All payments are made to WorldPay and WorldPay is responsible for the security of the online payment facility and the security of the money you pay via the online payment facility. Walker Foster accepts no responsibility for your use of the online payment facility. You use the online payment facility at your own risk.
