We are currently offering a fixed fee divorce of £750 plus 20% VAT for any couples looking for a straightforward divorce. In addition to these fees, there is also a court fee payable to commence divorce proceedings.

Walker Foster offers all new clients the opportunity to seek initial advice and guidance with certainty in respect of costs. Our fixed fee offer means that the first hour of your initial appointment will cost £250 plus 20% VAT (£300 total).

This meeting will provide you with an understanding of the options available to you for your specific circumstances and would be in addition to the fixed fee divorce service we offer, should this be suitable for your requirements.

Terms & Conditions

The fixed fee divorce would not include the initial advice appointment, financial matters, matters relating to children or any other matters relating to separation. Payment of £750 plus 20% VAT and a £593 Court fee are to be paid upfront (£1493.00).

The fixed fee appointment is £250 plus 20% VAT (£300 total) and usually lasts around an hour. This allows clients to seek initial advice in relation to divorce, financial matters or matters relating to children.
