Expanding our team, we welcome Judith
Prior to this she worked as Head of Insolvency at Levi Solicitors after having worked for the Department of Trade and Industry in Manchester investigating the failure and conduct of the directors of failed companies and in particular The Accident Group.
Judith specialises in all aspects of traditional insolvency work, restructuring, business rescue and turnaround. She regularly advises in connection with directors’ duties and disqualification.
Judith also has experience in dealing with commercial and company law as well as banking and dispute resolution.
Judith is a member of R3, the Association of Business Recovery Professionals and sits on the R3 Women in Business Recovery Committee. She has also presented seminars and has had articles relating to Insolvency published in the Yorkshire Post and Yorkshire Evening Post.
