I received a letter today from the Law Society of England and Wales confirming that all five of our offices are accredited with the Lexcel practice management standard.
The Lexcel practice management standard is only awarded to solicitors who meet the highest management and customer care standards. Lexcel accredited practices undergo rigorous independent assessment every year to ensure they meet required standards of excellence in areas such as client care, case management and risk management.
By improving our efficiency and business and risk management we improve our work for our clients and can advise business clients in particular with a greater degree of competence and credibility than can those without such high standards.
I am pleased that this has happened ‘on my watch’ as managing partner but the credit goes to my colleagues here at Walker Foster. I am fortunate to be working with excellent lawyers and staff who are committed to the success of our business and best outcomes and results for our clients.
