David has been a long-standing member of our residential conveyancing department, having joined us back in 2007. David is respected in the business community and is well known for dealing with all types of residential property. He also acts for a number of property developers and investors in relation to acquisitions and disposals.

Fraser is one of the newest members of our team, having joined the Settle office this year. He is very experienced in handling conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build property, transfers of equity, shared ownership leases, right to buy, remortgages, unregistered land and land transfers.
Ian is proficient in all types of conveyancing, including even the most complicated transactions relating to leasehold, shared ownership and new build. Many clients come back time and time again due to Ian’s relationships with his clients.
