In our business, the role of Managing Director encompasses the former title of Managing Partner and the old title of Senior Partner. Maxine takes over from our former Managing Partner, Keith Hardington, who, with the support of his co-directors and the management team has steered management of the firm for many years.

Keith will now become Chair and with the other directors remains very much involved in the firm’s strategy and key decisions. Maxine has been with the firm for 10 years and is the ideal choice for this demanding and rewarding role which encompasses a wide range of management and leadership responsibilities.
