“Conveyancing at our Ilkley office has been busy for a number of years but volume has gone up to another level in the last 12 months and I am pleased to report that our other offices in Skipton, Silsden and Barnoldswick are all seeing similar increases in volume.
 
It would seem that a mixture of low interest rates, the Government’s Help To Buy Scheme and the general upturn in the economy is giving confidence to more first time buyers to make that initial step which is critical to the overall property market.
