Natalie joined Walker Foster in June 2014 as an assistant to Rachel Hanson in the private client department at our Ilkley office. She has over thirty years’ experience in the legal sector where she has worked in Conveyancing, Family law and Wills and Probate. Natalie has a real passion for Private Client work and so when the opportunity arose for her to become a fee earner with her own case load, Natalie didn’t hesitate to take this on!
In September 2017, Natalie became a member of the Institute of Paralegals and very soon after this, she became a fee earner in her own right, building up her own Private Client case load, with a focus on Wills, Probate and Powers of Attorney.
Natalie is based at our Ilkley office, where she has made some excellent connections with local businesses, such as Independent Financial Advisors Estate Agents and Accountants.
She is a very active member of the Private Client team, taking responsibility for the Cancer Research Free Wills campaign undertaken by the firm. She also helped to put together the firm’s Dementia Friendly Policy in 2017 as Dementia is an area of particular interest to Natalie.
She also finds time to volunteer as a Community First Responder for Yorkshire Ambulance.
Best part of the job for Natalie:
Meeting our clients and supporting them through what can be a very difficult family time following bereavement and letting them know that we are always here to help and listen.
