We are delighted to welcome Fraser Bell to our team in Settle, North Yorkshire. 

Fraser joins us as an experienced Licensed Conveyancer with a reputation for his outstanding ability in handling many specialist areas of residential conveyancing.

He considers himself a true adopted Yorkshiremen having spent his career working in the Yorkshire area, most recently in Ilkley. 

Fraser will be heading up the Settle office.

Being a regular walker in the Dales, I spend quite a lot of time in Settle so it was an easy decision to come here. In fact, I don’t think I had to give it any thought!”

“The office opened in May 2020 and has already established a large client base in the area and I intend to build on that. Clients can expect a dynamic service from me and I look forward to meeting many clients of the firm both old and new.”

The team at Settle have already achieved great success despite the difficulties we all face during this pandemic.

Despite these challenges, the team continues to support both new and existing clients on all legal matters including conveyancing, wills, lasting powers of attorney, agricultural land and more.

With the arrival of Fraser, the Management Board at Walker Foster believe the branch will be even more successful in the years to come.
