In line with official guidance, our offices are now temporarily closed to all visitors. Documents can be posted through the doors at our offices but please use electronic documents where possible and practicable. Hard copy documents will be scanned onto our systems.
Please communicate using telephone and email where possible. Our systems are cloud-based and technology allows us to work from home, although this may not be as seamless as we’d like whilst we adjust to our new way of working.
Our receptionists will answer your call and direct new enquiries. Please direct any questions regarding your matters to the person handling your case or their assistant.
Please remember that email is not secure and sensitive information such as bank details should be conveyed securely. Be especially alert to potential fraud in these times.
