Walker Foster support the Young Enterprise Company Programme

October 16, 2014

We were pleased to recently host an informal gathering of centre leaders and business advisors working with year 12 students in Craven schools on the Young Enterprise Company Programme.

Young Enterprise is the United Kingdom’s largest business and enterprise education charity. Every year it helps 250,000 young people learn about business and the world of work in the classroom under the guidance of a network of 5,000 volunteers from 3,500 companies.

Keith Hardington is a volunteer business advisor with the Ermysted’s Grammar School team. He commented, “Working with young entrepreneurs is very rewarding when witnessing their journey through the process and the strengths and skills they develop. These are lifetime benefits.”
